If the units do not appear, make sure you are using вЂњen1вЂќ as the ethernet port.

Choose units as physically configured from left to right.

Hopefully, when you click on the drop down menu next to numbered list, the Ethernet units appear in the list.

If not, choose вЂњen1вЂќ from the drop down menu.

After the scan, make sure вЂњen1вЂќ is selected as the Ethernet port.

Re-Check the вЂњEnableвЂќ box for the Ethernet Port.

Uncheck the вЂњEnableвЂќ box for the Ethernet Port.

Click on the вЂњEthernet ControllersвЂќ tab.

Open the вЂњPeripheralsвЂ¦вЂќ setup dialog box from the Setup menu.

Problem: After launching ProTools, it says that it canвЂ™t communicated with the console. So if you setup the console in studio one and then move to studio two, DigidesignвЂ™s Ethernet controller preferences are going to try to find the console in studio one. One of the disadvantages of having your own home directory that moves from studio to studio is that your preferences also move with you.
